Working out Like Olivia Wilde Doesn’t Need to Be Expensive
One of the best aspects of Olivia Wilde’s diet and workout approach is the fact that it doesn’t take a personal trainer or even expendable income to put into effect. Wilde simply eats smart (she is a vegetarian although I don’t think that that is necessary — but it works for her) and keeps a fairly active routine from day to day. Other than walking her dogs and going on an occasional hike up the hills, Olivia’s workout involves smart cardio, circuit training routines and some resistance training as well. All of which I believe are necessary aspects to any effective workout. The site I came across that outlined Olivia Wilde’s workout didn’t go into incredible detail, but then again, I don’t think that would be necessary. It did outline a great workout that I certainly plan on implementing into my regular fitness routine. Above all else though, by just sticking to a decent workout plan, I should see fantastic results.
