Bartending the Easy Way
Every Bartender is keenly aware that their tasks may be a lot more difficult than they appear. One of the hardest things to deal with is a customer who has no clue what they want. To make your job a lot easier, take a good look at them to get an idea of their personality or the mood they are in, since this will determine the kind of drinks they will order. Then you will be able to make helpful suggestions. If you are dealing with the needs of 300 other patrons and do not have the time to give this kind of personalized attention, why not refer them to a menu. Another way you can make your bartending a lot easier is ensuring you include the prices of each beverage on the menu. This will reduce the mount times you have to stop to tell a patron how much each and every drink they are interested in costs. These are just a few bartender basics, that can make your work a lot easier.

As you may know, yeast is the key ingredient for producing the natural carbonation in beer and other beverages. Carbon dioxides often escape from the fermenter which causes the beer to lose its carbonation. If you have ever wondered how you can put the carbonation back into your beer the answer is done with a trick called priming.
Priming is the process of adding more fermentable sugar to the beer just before you bottle it. The small amount of yeast cells that stay in the solution when you bottle your brew will consume the sugars that have been added. This process allows you to maintain the carbonation within the bottle. The priming process doesn’t happen overnight. You will need to wait another one to two weeks before your beer is properly carbonated and ready to drink.
When you choose a priming sugar for beer, you need to consider two things: the type of Beer Brewing Equipment being used and the fermentability of the priming ingredient.
